Abstract

Panner disease is an idiopathic necrosis of the humeral capitellum. This condition is rare. Initially clinical symptoms are slight so that diagnosis is difficult. At the later period, there will be a osteochondrosis dissecans with the degenerative changes and the loose bodies which limits the motion in the humero-radial joint space. In this study, we present a 14 year-old Panner's disease.
