Abstract

Congenital partial or total absence of pectoral muscles have been commonly reported in the international literature. Only two cases were found in the Turkish literature. In this study, a young adult with absence of sternocostal head of right musculus pectoralis major and musculus pectoralis minor was reported. He sought medical attention only for esthetical consideration. The abnormality did not impair functions of upper extremity in this case.
