Abstract
The fetus is sheltered very well from trauma by the uterine environment; Therefore, intrauterin fetal fractures, particularly, long bone fractures, are rarely seen. When fetal fracture is detected, it is strongly suggest osteogenezis imperfecta congenita. In this study, We present a case of the osteogenezis imperfecta congenita who had intrauterin fetal femur fracture without significant trauma.
