Abstract

First picture: Eight years after right total knee arthroplasty, the patient requested the same surgery for the left knee. But, she had revision surgery for the right knee for the broken insert. Middle picture: The hand and arm of the doctor holding the patient’s leg during radiographic examination for the ankle fracture were also exposed to X-ray. Last picture: The radiograms of both arms of the patient were taken after reduction and casting the forearm fracture. But, the technician included the patient’s skull and anterior part of the body in the radiogram. A patient who does not know what her main problem is; a doctor who does not take care of himself; a technician who does not protect his patient from unnecessary X-ray exposure.
